They provide you with lots of different techniques to help you when public speaking or in an interview.

Very helpful - really highlighted the need for a concise message to deliver. This focus helped with guiding preparation and then really helped with applying the bridging technique to get away from challenging questions. Lots of practice throughout the day really helped me to build my confidence to apply these techniques.

Really useful introduction to this topic. Lots of helpful tools provided by the trainers. All the practice sessions were very useful. Small groups were great for encourage participation and feedback.
