I did one of these previously and passed so it was not a completely new experience but I still feel I gained a lot just in this practice situation. Since we rarely appear in Court these days this is invaluable experience being exposed to what can happen.

Very interesting course, well presented by an enthusiastic and patient instructor, with opportunities for group work and reflection
