Very good course, makes you think about previous visits and what you could have done differently.

A real shame the break out rooms couldn't be used given the title is practical skills for enforcement journey. it was very information heavy, I made notes as that helps things to stick in my brain, not sure how much would stick otherwise, the whole day needed breaking up with quick activities.

Excellent training course - tailored to our specific needs and instruction. Very good communication beforehand, organisation and delivery of 'in depth' disclosure - Richard (trainer) extremely knowledgeable - and gave multiple real life examples to put into context, which helped everyone really listen and acknowledge the process - would highly recommend Richard, and Bond Solon for future training opportunities.

I would have liked a few more case studies/practical examples but overall it was very interesting and relevant to my role

What made this training interesting, was referring to personal experiences on cases that Richard had dealt with which made it easier to relate the content to.
