Trainer was very good at keeping everyone engrossed in the subject matter.

Interesting course but content well beyond my role within Engineering seems more HR related responsibility

The course was very helpful in providing a good knowledge base for a new aspect to my role.

Trainer was great very knowledgeable and great style the only thing the course could have worked more with BCC procedures and policy rather than court procedure.

Not relevant to the BCC policies, most of the examples given were for the crime court as well as the master document in which quite few topics were irrelevant. Tutor enjoyed time on his phone.

Very thorough and informative day - but speaker kept momentum and interest going. Allowed enough time to complete tasks well and helped with any query the team had at the time.

good and interesting course which has provided the necessary skills and knowledge to take forward should an incident occur whereby we need to complete an incident/emergency log
