Very good course, which I would recommend to others carrying out a similar role.

excellent course - have given me the confidence to sit a hearing

Wasn't able to complete some of the exercises due to IT issues. I think this would be more beneficial if it were delivered face to face

Found it a very long day, could be condensed into half a day possibly? Too much legal information that doesn’t necessarily relate to my role.
