Great training, very knowledgeable in the subject matter being discussed

Fantastic training. The trainer was really approachable and enthusiastic about the subject. The way in which the information was delivered was interactive and a great way to learn/develop.

Both Richard and Jim are clearly very experienced trainers. They know the subject very well and always have a suitable answer to any questions raised. There course is pitched at a good level and is presented very well. The interviews (completed with Jim) were excellent and a very useful process.
