Really enjoyed the training.

The course was taught very well. The trainer was very engaging and kept us all engaged and interested in the content he was teaching. This will definitely be of help to me as a relatively inexperienced officer who is having to undertake PACE interviews as part of his workload.

Really enjoyable two day course. Consolidated some areas that I already knew about but also learnt some great new approaches including the coaching model and the use of repeated questions to move a parent child model to an adult adult model. Dilys was very skilled and patient at facilitating our discussions and break out sessions. Lots of new knowledge and I am very much looking forward to next week's face to face days. Thank you Dilys!
