Having never done a first aid course I found it a bit overwhelming at points. And thought it at times really in-depth and way beyond a first aid remit. But by the last day a lot fell into place . Thank you

Took 30 mins to get going due to link to Zoom not being published correctly. Other than that was useful, but would be good to speed up the training as people tend to struggle for time at Amazon.

It would have been great to have this safety training in person

Very good informative course, presented and delivered very well.

I think that Moving and handling is a very difficult subject to give a course via zoom. Practical aspects are most useful.. I did mention that I felt that 'best practice' moving and handling was not demonstrated in the videos, for example not having the bed at a good height. The trainer said that this for a point of discussion and indeed it was discussed. Thank you for the training.

Questions were a little hard to decipher, e.g. about combustion
