The course itself was great & very informative, Mick our instructor was top notch & very easy to listen too. Also helpful in explaining some of the more difficult situations that could arise. My only disappointment is due to the restrictions in place because of COVID19 some of the hands on stuff weren't as straightforward as they could've been but all in all I'm confident I will be able to cope and handle most day to day injuries that I will come across in my daily duties at work and outside of it too.
Course was ok, I felt there was not enough practical work however. Trainer was excellent

Really good trainer. Two hours late first day due to the hotel booking error. A lot of content to get through. Could have done with 10 min tea breaks each morning and a shorter lunch a half hour would have worked. Overall very good.thank you
Training was suitable for the current issues we are living in given that we cant be in close contact. Enough power point and videos to be able get the training across. David was a great trainer and kept us focused.
Course was well presented with all subjects covered adequately. Digital assessment was not so good as you could not go back and correct answers if you realised you had made a mistake
