Went as well as a manual handling course can go, on zoom. David was very friendly and polite and respectful.

I found Ross to be highly pleasant and knowledgeable, he gave very good examples and engaged the audience. I had a great refresher as we had similar courses before and even then I felt two hours went by quickly. I enjoyed it.

Good - some useful tips given out which helps to remember some little things. The content for 1 day was all relevant.

A few hiccups, list of attendees wasn't available to our trainer which caused her a little confusion initially. Also, this was the first course she had conducted where the assessment was completed online and she was a little unsure of how the process worked. this had little impact on her actual training abilities though which were exemplary. Job very well done.

Andy, the instructor, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter and. although a lot of the content, such as the games and demonstrations, were missed due to COVID, Andy was able to keep the flow of the session going using a mixture of humour and anecdotal references. I would be more than happy to recommend this course to my colleagues.

The course itself was great & very informative, Mick our instructor was top notch & very easy to listen too. Also helpful in explaining some of the more difficult situations that could arise. My only disappointment is due to the restrictions in place because of COVID19 some of the hands on stuff weren't as straightforward as they could've been but all in all I'm confident I will be able to cope and handle most day to day injuries that I will come across in my daily duties at work and outside of it too.

Course was ok, I felt there was not enough practical work however. Trainer was excellent
