Course was good however I found flitting between decks and editing the deck whilst presenting was disorientating

Has a few issues to start with but was dealt with well. Course content was interesting. Our trainer Surjeet Dhesi was lovely and explained everything well.

Useful knowledge and videos to support learning

Some of the course content and materials seemed a little out of date and could be updated. Surjeet was very knowledgeable and broken things down well to make it easy to understand and grasp the course content.

Very good to be refreshed in areas of first aid. Alot of information to take in however it was delivered brilliantly by David and helped keep everyone engaged throughout the day

Really straight forward, easy to learn

Having never done a first aid course I found it a bit overwhelming at points. And thought it at times really in-depth and way beyond a first aid remit. But by the last day a lot fell into place . Thank you

Took 30 mins to get going due to link to Zoom not being published correctly. Other than that was useful, but would be good to speed up the training as people tend to struggle for time at Amazon.

It would have been great to have this safety training in person

Good overall, with limit of course. Enjoyable once I managed to get zoom on th tablets. Thank you David, great job.
