Overall the course was good. Decently paced and helped me develop my time management skills. We learnt about different customer types and how they are in customer service environments and we also learnt about good team working skills what could have been better was the work and more explanations because sometimes it took a very long time to complete

It was a pleasure doing this course and to be taught by Jo. She makes it inclusive for people with SEND themselves which is amazing and gives you positive feedback when needed. Really enjoyed the course and I’m sad it’s come to an end, but looking forward to what comes next with this qualification and skills learnt.
