It was really good experience in learning in here The atmosphere was really good .The trainer was really friendly as well i learnt alot of new things and i am quite satisfied with this course.

I found the course informative the teachers professional and reliable the work easy to understand, the material and literature was effective. The group activities and discussions where effective alongside the independent tasks.

i found this session really helpful, as at first i was quite apprehensive seeing the title, but a lot of the topics covered it is part of my daily or weekly routine anyway. plus Tara was very encouraging and made me realise, some "natural" things i do in my role are classed as some of the topics.

Was a good course well worth taking for gainful employment
