I have been retired for the past 2 years and previously was in an educational admin role where I worked on computers on a daily basis. Now that I do not access computers regularly I wanted to update and enhance the skills I already had so this course has been useful in being able to do this. I have also gained information on online security which I was hoping I would be able to do. As computer programmes change with time I wanted to ensure that I was able to keep up with current programmes and be more tech savvy generally.
Really informative course, I enjoyed it, Angela is really friendly and helpful, I have recommended this course to 2 friends who would like to do it.
I was only involved in school as a former pupil of primary and high school. So most of the behind the scenes work involved in running a school was quite new to me.

I did computer course about 15 years ago it was excellent teacher.. if we asked him again again he sits with us and make us do it until we fully treaded.

Realise, I have just started utilizing their services. They are quite good in regards to how they have presented themselves and the business. They have various online tools that enables us to revise, do the tests and recieve feedback for the questions we have got wrong. I like that I have a 1 to 1 tutor and I can attend the webinars with a different teacher Rachel-Luz who is amazing at what she does. She is punctual, prepared, great time management, takes control , allows us to have a go and guides us when we need support and is a fantastic listener in answering all of my questions. I am able to take everything and it does not feel rushed. I hope I am successful in recieving my level 2 soon.
I had a lovely time.,i understand and have a wider knowledge on safeguarding.
