The job description was for nightshifts but was told on the last day of the course theres only days available. Which is a mojor letdown .
I understand that the course is mandatory for all realise staff to complete, however when I only get a small amount of admin time, that time is precious and I felt like the training, although delivered well was a waste of my time to complete, as I don't deliver online training
I really enjoyed my time on the realise courses, I struggled when we lost our original tutor as she knew our learning styles and would help us along the way. Ryan was really good but doesn't know us as people and how we learn.
The courses was really enjoyable with Sara a we would work in break out teams then diss used what we all thought but never done this at all with Ryan
The start of the course was great I felt confident for the course ahead, after Sara left I struggled as I am a visual learner and the sessions after were not what I am used too, Louise’s session was delivered great as she supplied visuals and group discussions,
I have learned less than what I should of because they changed tutors half way through
