Enjoyed training

If it was in a classroom based where everyone was there I believe we could have done some more face to face customer service skills, Over all well presented prepared an observed and very well executed programme.

Overall great courses so far

In general I found the course helpful and I have enjoyed doing the learning. Neil made it easy to understand and fun. He explained things carefully so I could understand fully. He went over things I didn't get first time and supported me while I practise. Venue was easy to find and travel to.

The session was very good and we learned a lot from it of how to deal customer services

it was a very interesting session and i learnt a lot of new things, and new ways to deal with customers when I will be working a bus driver

I have learnt lots of things and refreshed my information about using new methods of applying for job , how to pass information, Using the images to show differences. how to email with information.

I am very happy with every thing I did and learnt in this course.
