I feel as though Richard is a perfect example of a trainer as he is very vocal and well prepared. He goes at a very good pace explaining everything in depth and even repeating at the same pace, he also ensures everyone is on the same page and also takes the correct approach with everything. I feel like realise has got a perfect example of what a trainer for this industry should be like and also his experience makes you feel as though you are there when he gives examples. I have taken a lot away from he’s sessions and overall I think it has made me a lot more confident in areas I didn’t know I needed work on also I feel like I could use Richard as a example in life if I ever was to. He is a great trainer and realise should be grateful for someone like himself. He is very knowledgeable and also a great listener. If anyone has any problems he would address right away and also he would encourage the group to help each other. Perfect example of a trainer and I would like to thank him for everything I have learnt. Thanks Richard
A wonderfully delivered professional training course that combined written learning with real world physical training. Basic phyical intervention and conflict resolution. Certification in this case is coupled with a definite aquisition of a brand new skill set. It was a genuinely fantastic course and I highly recommend it.
The classroom is very cold and sometimes it's hard to hear his voice because the trainer's voice echoes in the space. Facilities is perfect such as coffee, tea,cake and everything.
The venue (Dukinfield football club) is missing multiple health and safety items such as working and serviced fire extinguishers and fire alarms. The rear fire door is also blocked
