I've loved this session as it has really helped me improve my communication skills as well as my confidence. I also got taught things that I never got taught before like Tuckman's Theory of 'Stages of Development of Teams'.

Response: It's great to hear this session has helped you improve both your communication skills and confidence. Keep building on this learning, and well done for embracing new concepts that will support your professional growth! Tara

This course is amazing for me and exactly what I've been looking for to give me the knowledge and confidence for going into an early years setting. I find it has also really boosted my confidence already, and I really love the welcoming vibe. I never feel bad about not knowing something or feeling stuck, as we are always discussing as a group and learning together.

Keep embracing this journey—your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will serve you well in your early years journey. Well done! Tara

We have learned the importance of different team roles and how these bring different levels of experience, strengths and interests. A diverse range of skills can enhance the teams' effectiveness and impact positively on our children's learning. We can also learn from each other. Where possible, assign roles to staff strengths to get the best from your team.
