Very enjoyable course great tutor great group of people in the class
Really approachable trainer with lots of patience and knowledge she used different learning styles throughout to make sure everyone understood really enjoyed the day can’t wait to learn more, it has definitely helped my confidence with learning
A great insight delivered on how to promote self-care and to take care of our mental health. This session offered guidance on how to reframe negative thinking into positive thinking. The session offered lots of detail about examples of topics such as what stress and burnout can look like. I found this session really interesting and I feel confident taking this new knowledge onto my team.
