I am learning more things about working with babies and children and so far the course is going very well. The personal experience of the trainer helps me understand the topics more and gives me a different perspective about stepping into early years.

I enjoyed taking part in the session about the EYFS. I thought it extremely beneficial that we were provided with the links to the various documents available, such as Birth To 5 Matters. I like the fact that we are now able to access these documents at our own personal discretion.

Very helpful session in learning how to prepare for difficult conversations and the importance of giving each person time to reframe their thinking before going into the conversation. Also to try and remember to listen with our eyes as well as our ears during conversations to achieve the best possible outcome.
