I’ve really enjoyed the course and I believe it’s down to the trainer, Barry. He’s engaging, enthusiastic, motivated, happy, very informative with a side of seriousness when needed. He delivers the classes in a way that you’re learning from stories he tells without it being a formal platform. It’s been a delight to come everyday and want to come everyday. It’s given me confidence once again about myself and the knowledge I wouldn’t have known before which gives me a good foot forward to changing my life! Thank you for being a Brilliant Trainer Barry.
