Overall with Eileen it has been a pleasure, I’ve had two trainers in my time with realise. Eileen has been instrumental in me continuing to commit to my apprenticeship and deserves all the credit, typically I do not welcome “classroom” teachings. Eileen from minute one has taken a vested interest in my success on this journey and that alone deserves huge credit.

The learning has been great. Angela has been very Patience with me and explain everything in a good way when i have been needed help. Its been enough time on every module so I havn't felt stressed. An overall very good experience. Thanks so much!

Very well paced and interesting session. I usually do not go to many classroom based sessions, and I found this session informative and learnt things I did not know. I will use the knowledge gained in my work place and would say it was an excellent learning day. Thank-you.

I have really enjoyed learning more about what I can do in my job role and also about my future goals. I feel doing this diploma has made me want to continue onto level 4. Donna my trainer has been amazing in supporting me with my work and also in my own life

Dan has really helped me over last few sessions, he is lovely to get along with as I’m quite a shy person and this helps massively.

Course is good so far. I like the PowerPoints and the animation kind of things. Nice to have a visual side of learning
