I found the course and the information was fantastic and I understood everything

The trainer was very patient and friendly . English language as my second language the trainer was very happy when I was asking him to explain more , he would always encourage me to ask questions if I didn't understand something , the trainer was very approachable . What an amazing experience. Thank you for this great opportunity I learnt a lot .

Well presented course nice easy to talk to and felt we could ask questions when we needed extra help

This course was very interesting. The tutors direction was clear and she demonstrated what was required first. This makes people feel at ease. I think math skills are off-putting to some. However, in this case the subject of maths and cake decoration, mix together well. As cake decorating is very therapeutic once you can work out how much of each ingredient is required .
