I am learning more things about working with babies and children and so far the course is going very well. The personal experience of the trainer helps me understand the topics more and gives me a different perspective about stepping into early years.

Very helpful session in learning how to prepare for difficult conversations and the importance of giving each person time to reframe their thinking before going into the conversation. Also to try and remember to listen with our eyes as well as our ears during conversations to achieve the best possible outcome.

It was a really good lesson, I felt I got a lot out of it. Liam explained the different area we were covering really well and give us a lot of good tips to remember for our exam, I feel more confident now in regards to solving different fraction questions.
