I enjoyed the learning course as it not only provided the knowledge of what i attended there to learn. I found myself smiling more often than i thought. Dwight made the course a lot more engaging, understandable and fun, which made learning more much easier and clearcut.

Today session was good and tutor explained coherently . she was not speaking too fast ,which is helpful to understand. I would like to make my rest of workshops with her .

Joanne was an excellent tutor, she made me feel at ease and if I needed help she was there to support me. I feel my confidence in supporting children and young people in school has increased and have gained valuable knowledge through Jo's teaching. I am highly pleased with how the course went.

Amazing course

Great session good tutor knows what he’s on about

Overall the course was good. Decently paced and helped me develop my time management skills. We learnt about different customer types and how they are in customer service environments and we also learnt about good team working skills what could have been better was the work and more explanations because sometimes it took a very long time to complete
