The course was good as it helped my understanding and passing the exam

Great course led by Anthony. The bit that helped for me mainly was recapping each morning what we did the previous day. This helped embed the understanding.

She was really friendly and made it a very enjoyable day.

The course was packed full of new and really useful information, giving me a better understanding of the insurance principles. Although there was a lot to take in, Alison was very engaging throughout the whole day (with a fab sense of humour!) and I enjoyed the mixture of deliver methods, which included plenty of group exercises.

I found Alison to be very engaging and up beat. I found the course interesting and relevant. With a different tutor this could have been a very dry subject but Alison's sense of humour and clear explanations made it enjoyable. I have said to a number of colleagues since how good I found the course and how well Alison did in delivering it.

I thought the day was so incredibly helpful and feel it really prepared me for the exam on Monday. Practically all of the questions in the revision packs provided came up on the real exam, without this guidance and study material I certainly wouldn't have felt as prepared and confident as I did. The trainer was great and explained everything really well. Thank you!!
