This was that was well delivered considering the current restrictions in place.

Completing this from home on Teams for the first time worked well. The break out rooms worked well too. I like this course was over 5 shorter days online rather than 3.5 days face to face in an office as I personally I feel I needed that length of time with breaks due to the amount of information we need to take in. I have been revising a lot around this, I personally need to revise for more than the recommended 60 hours as this is such a broad exam and mostly completely new to me. This course really helps to simplify complex subjects for us so we understand, talk things through, ask questions and give us tips. Eleanor was a fab tutor with all required knowledge and skills. I rated the course 4 stars because personally it would help me to be a bit longer.

One of the better courses that I have attended

The course was very engaging and informative and the tutor Darren was excellent. Brilliant mix of exam focus and covering material for learning purposes specifically. I didn't feel like he was there just to get us to pass the exam but to really understand the material.

The course was helpful in terms of presenting an overview of motor claims, there were differing levels of experience and knowledge within the room so it would always of been a challenge to pitch perfectly. My only real issue is that the presenter seemed to have not been overly familiar with the format and there were long pauses as they obviously reviewed the slides and notes, this led to a lack of natural flow. Some of the case law was also incorrect and when challenged on the interpretation of some of the information there was no definitive response which sometimes led to confusion.

Darren was geat, very well prepared, organised, engaging and helpful.

The course was fully loaded with everything we needed to prepare for the exam, the tutor (Darren) was amazing. he shared his own life experiences to breakdown and explain everything. as a result I passed the exam with minimum self study, I thought I was a lost cause. thanks Darren!

An informative session & the Tutor has a good knowledge of the subject.

The course material was very interesting. Interesting because it concerned new material regarding cargo and hull and also touched on the principles of insurance which apply across all classes of insurance business.
