Darren was fantastic in the way the course was delivered. I am not someone who finds much benefit in reading a 300 page text book cover to cover as it can be presented in an unusual order. Darren was brilliant at breaking these down to a level that it made complete sense and the mix of slides, questions, and flip charts was absolutely spot on. I wasn't too confident on Monday morning how I would do in the exam however come Thursday afternoon when I sat it I felt very confident I was going to pass and that was down to the session that Darren delivered. I may look to undertake R01 or R04 in the future and hopefully Darren will be taking these courses as well.
Darren is very knowledgeable - this much is apparent with his delivery of this course. Darren is very approachable and breaks the material down into a clear and succinct manner. I like the way he uses real life experiences to bring things to life which makes learning all the more easier. Thanks once again for your support on these professional exams.
Darren is brilliant for making this easier to understand. Brilliant teacher :) Had him for FA2 and CF1 hopefully get a pass tomorrow on FA2 really good asset
Overall the course was very helpful, Darren done a great job of bringing together complicated subjects and making it very easy to understand.

I found RO1 can be tricky to get your head round in understanding in depth of the regulatory side of Financial Services. Having the boot camp for the week was brilliant, very well structured, going through learning outcomes that were close in their subject matter rather than chapter by chapter like the book. The tutor was brilliant bringing the topics to life giving you a better overall understanding, answering questions daily with great knowledge and understanding.
Really happy with the course and material. Darren is always extremely helpful and explains complicated subject matters in a way that's easy to understand.
Found Darren a really great tutor. He was very helpful and explained everything well. He constantly was checking with the group and always happy to answer questions. He also gave examples throughout to make it come to life. Even with being remote he was very engaging and one of the best tutors I have came across. Thank you for all your help and support it was greatly appreciated.
Really good course. Nik is very knowledgeable and was very approachable and willing to answer any questions. He also shared some power point slides with the group beforehand that were very beneficial.
