More time can be spent on different types of BI coverage scenarios and relative calculations.

Neil is an absolutely excellent tutor and presented a complicated topic in a very clear way. I think for Zoom a 3 hour session is quite a challenge in terms of focus so it might be worth thinking about the run time. Would be very happy to attend other training by Neil.

As I work in Real Estate, we tend to insure rent and/or service charge and do not really get involved with gross revenue and how it should be calculated. Therefore this section was not really relevant for me but took up a fair bit of time. For me personally, it would have been good to cover off some of the other sections in more detail, although I appreciate its hard to come up with a one size fits all session.

A very good and informative course. I think the course was as good as it could have been, in regard to the online format via MS teams. I do believe that it's not as effective learning in an online environment, compared with attending a face to face course.
