Excellent course, Was delivered excellently by Beth and Katherine and it has filled me with knowledge and confidence to help others in times of crisis.

I found this course a lot more accessible then I thought it would be. The content was clear and targeted and while there was some repetition (ALGEE), I thought it helped emphasis the point that the same steps can be used in any situation if targeted correctly. The trainers were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. The personal anecdotes that they were willing to share really helped base the course in real world examples, which is part of the reason I found it so accessible.

I have completed this course previously in person, however found the online version much more effective and accessible. Sarah was very engaging to listen and gave excellent support to us learners.

Fantastic course, well run and learned a lot from it each week! wanted to do the course for a while and very glad i did now!

Excellent, informative course

The course is great but I feel that meeting in person would improve it. I understand the difficulties of this but just feel it would be more productive. Some of the break out rooms are a bit strained.
