More intense than I imagined, but so much more informative and actually enjoyable also.

This course really made me think about mental health issues & how I could make even just a small difference to someone who was in mental distress or having suicidal thoughts.

Informative instructors and excellent knowledge within the field of Mental Health - I feel more prepared to deal with crisis at work but also in my personal life with family members. I had no issues accessing the course and coursework before hand - instructors were adaptable and changed delivery method due to issues the rest of the team were having.
