A very well presented course with a good mixture of videos, discussion and group activities. The instructor, Anne-Marie was very knowledgeable and presented the course in an easy to follow and informative manner. I liked the fact that there were modules to complete by ourselves and that these were re-visited and discussed in the webinars.

This course is great - I do think it would be better in person of course but so very convenient online.

I really enjoyed this training. I found it really helped me to understand the different mental health issues and how I may be able to support someone before they deteriorate further. The course has given me the confidence to ask straight up if someone is thinking of committing suicide and the exercises helped to understand how someone may be feeling. The voices exercise was really good in explaining how someone who has this condition has to live
Response : Hi Donna, We are so pleased that the course has given you the confidence to be able to support someone who may be experiencing mental distress. We know that recognising someone may need support and approaching them in a way that is non-judgmental and supportive gives that person the confidence to open and and access support.
