Overall it was very enlightening to the different terms and how to handle the situations. My feeling would be that I would like to spend longer than the 2 days doing the course and going over the content from the books.

Enjoyable course given the difficult topics Sally and Hannah approached them with respect and respected the learners feelings

The trainer was brilliant. Really helpful. Gave me a far better understanding of mental health. Please can something like this be put into schools. I have a 13 year old daughter, This would be amazing for, I believe if this was brought into schools in this detail. I am sure they do touch on it. But the way social media and peer pressure is this would really help. Thank you Craig

Thank you for the course and there time, I not only feel better about supporting metal health but the sessions were done in such a way everyone was comfortable in bring up points and sharing stories. I think that is a massive challenge to do with the size of the 'class' and a very impressive from both instructors
