The course exceeded my expectations and has given me a much better and informed understanding of mental health first aid and equipped me with the confidence to offer support to others. Helen was simply brilliant and to have someone teaching you with the ability to share their lived experience really brought the course to life. I don't think I have been so engaged in a course and it's content before and whatever you are paying Helen - double it, she is an incredible tutor!

Thank you for providing the course. As an manager with over 25 years experience of managing a team of over 40 people mental health related situations crop up frequently. I have worked out much of it the hard way over the years - how to recognise potential situations, approach and help people etc, however, the course provided valuable insight into some areas where I had less experience especially psychosis and substance abuse. The instructor engaged well with the group and we all shared experiences freely to the mutual benefit of all.

Very good course with lots on interaction and discussions in the group. Nice to be in a small group so it wasn't overwhelming to talk about sensitive subjects.

The training was very informative and I will most certainly be making use of it within my working practice. I feel it will benefit greatly in my work with children and young people. I now feel more confident in supporting with all kinds of mental health issues discussed over the training. David was a brilliant course facilitator, made the training easy to follow and it was very interactive. Thank you
