Thoroughly enjoyed the workshops, I liked the interactive element as well as David's honesty and experience. Good use of case studies which were thought provoking and the discussions allowed other perspectives being shared. The self-directed modules were relatively short and sweet with videos and assessments to check knowledge. The modules were incredibly useful beforehand and the videos used were incredibly poignant. See you in 3-years for the refresher.
Really informative and interesting course. Interaction was great.
Both instructors were fantastic and the content was informative. Gave us lots of time to discus and answered all our questions. Slight issues occasionally when completing the online training, it would not go onto the next stage even though I had completed. This is not a fault of the instructors and the issue resolved itself the next day. It would also be beneficial if we could print out the booklet.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course and it will be very valuable to me in my work and private life. Thank you

The course was extremely informative and helpful. I found the modules interesting and the added bonus of having Alex and Sara going through the course material with the opportunity to ask questions. It was great to meet other members of staff giving their views and sharing their thoughts was insightful. I ordered the book online as I had difficulties in printing the material. I find it less stressful having the information to hand and not having to look at another screen for reference. I would defnitely recommend the course to colleagues.
