Only improvement that would have been beneficial but not a critisim of the course was that figures were Australian and would of been good to see Uk figures on mental health and videos. Clearly were not as up to date this country

I have a lot of experience in this field so a lot of the content was a good refresher.

Very positive thought provoking course. I am a good listener but this course has given confidence to be a mental health first aider.

Having worked in this area for 25 + years it was a good refresher. Feel this course would benefit people not as experienced as myself far more - excellent for people not working in the field.

Delivery was informative and concise from both tutors. There was slight issue with noise from half term activities next door so a different venue or maybe checking what is on beforehand would be helpful

Brilliant. Great session, I feel far more comfortable approaching people when i feel that they need help or ask whether someone is suicidal. Or even how to go about someone being down, or offer help in different ways. I now know the different options I can give to people in order to help them
