Very informative and engaging

I know the topics are serious and the whole course is a very emotional and difficult but the course was so unengaging and presented in a very flat manner that it seemed really long and dragged out.

I enjoyed this course and now feel better prepared to help someone in a crisis situation. My only suggestion would be to have shorter sessions over more days because the topics are intense.

The online modules were very thorough and well though out. Both informative and though provoking. The online sessions were non-threatening and engaging. Excellent variety of instruction, group-discussion and analysis. I really liked the sentence suggestions. Would highly recommend this course to others.
