The tutor Belinda was friendly and engaging, the subject matter at times was very serious but delivered in a way that was intersting and also from a caring point of view. Feel like I have a greater understanding of how to help people if they are struggling with their mental health. Really enjoyed the coruse and the team at the centre were helpful and friendly too.
Fabulous course-have gained a lot out of this. Would highly recommend.
Bethan’s knowledge and care was great during the 2 day course. Her energy was felt as she was delivering the course material. Would highly recommend Bethan as an instructor and look forward to doing another course with her in the future.
I personally would prefer the training in the afternoon as found it difficult to refocus to BAU in afternoon
The course was so beneficial alongside the online learning. Both Paul and Debbie facilitated the course with great knowledge and took every opportunity to make sure the needs of the attendees were met at all times. I would like to thank them personally for the way they delivered this training and also kept conversations going. They managed to facilitate great interactions throughout.
Exceeded my expectations and thoroughly enjoyed. Knowledge improved in many areas.
