A really good balance between group discussions and presentation material during these sessions. Good to do self study modules before the training to have a good mix of learning styles .

This course was really insightful and helped me re-evaluate the way I thought about and approached mental health and other issues. The course instructor was very engaging and did a very good job at making the subject relatable and easy to understand.

Response: Many thanks Rachel - and thank you for your input. Really enjoyed your company.

Sara, our instructor was excellent; very knowledgeable and confident with a clear authentic presence. She responded thoughtfully to our engagement with all elements of the course. I thought the course materials were good, but I did think there was room to acknowledge the impact of neurodiversity and overlaps with many of the mental health presentations that were covered. While I know conditions like Autism aren't mental disorders, they do correlate with higher than average incidence of anxiety, depression and other mental health issues.

Rachele was an amazing instructor and she kept the course talk light and very informative. She is a credit to MHW. I really enjoyed the course, even with some of the subjects such as suicide the course was kept light and you were able to learn about taboo subjects with ease. Thank you very much.

Steve was brilliant and helping us to understand the content of the course, and brilliant at explaining himself and reasons why. Couldn't have been better.

I found the course content good, I liked the videos and hearing from people who are living recovered lives, I would have preferred for the tutor to be more involved in the learning rather than us just looking at powerpoint / discussing in our own breakout rooms.
