My second time attending the MHFA Wales course having completed it a few years ago. Despite the course having the same content it felt fresh and interactive.

Response: Hi Jess, thank you for taking the time to give feedback. I think we had a great group, you were all engaged with the subject and that makes such a difference. Congratulations on becoming a MHFAider. Carol

This was an incredibly useful and well put together course. The modules were user friendly and informative, and the media used to convey the information was varied and used really well (written word, graphics, videos etc). The Instructor (Carol Hickson) could not have been better. She was not only interesting and clearly knowledgeable/experienced, her manner and teaching technique were friendly and engaging as well as instructive. I had full confidence in what she was teaching us, and she handled (what are often very difficult subjects) impeccably. I could quite honestly listen to her talk on this subject, which she is clearly so passionate about, all day! I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in gaining further knowledge regarding Mental Health.
