Jaqui was fantastic very engaging,gave us all a chance to speak, very well presented a genuine lovely woman.

A Beneficial refresher, well delivered in a timely manner. As it has been a while since doing the initial training, it is good to get an update of techniques and time to being knowledge back up to a better level.

Via Zoom Worked quite well. Was comfortable and had a good amount of breaks. I feel more confident to help others with MH issues and more comfortable talking about my own MH issues. Watching the videos with Chris, Sam, Alice and Dave helped us understand how reacting in certain ways can be good/bad.

Brilliant, very inciteful. There were some difficult topics to go through and it was dealt with sensitively. Care was always taken that we were ok throughout the process Thank you very much

Much prefer face to face but jacquard is a great instructor.

Excellent course, lots of very useful and important information for when working with students (and colleagues). Would recommend that all USW staff have iopportunity to attend.

Brought up bad memories. Didn't want to do the course. But very glad I did, with support from my manager. I also now would do another follow up course, thank you.
