John was anexxcellent imstructor and took us through the course material at a really relaxed pace and made sure we all understood the content. He gave excellent feedback after scenarios so we knew how to handle different situations.

Really interesting course which highlighted a lot more about Mental Health Illnesses than I was aware of. It was good to be able to be part of a group that had also had some personal experience with subjects covered, this helped me to see I'm not alone and there are more people out there than I thought. John was fab and made us feel at ease.
