Outstanding

A really great course overall. Steve was amazingly patient with my thousand questions as well as knowledgeable and educated. I loved how he could 'back up' the content with personal stories, I think they made it easier for me to understand. The whole virtual room/group was a joy to be around, didn't once feel anxious, which isn't like me at all! Loved the breakout rooms, a really great course. I feel a lot more confident in approaching someone who I think may be in distress and honestly, I have had a better understanding of my own mental health.

I find the manual to be invaluable and it was great to go through parts more thoroughly in the skills practices.

I thought this course was managed and delivered extremely well by Rob and Edward. They both were very easy to talk to and I felt the break out rooms were a great idea to get people talking and feeling comfortable with each other! Hopefully, I can now do my part and actually help somebody in need. Thanks very much!!
