We ran out of time to complete the hearing voices exercise but Steve walked us through it and explained the exercise, it we wanted to get together after the session to run through. Steve was great, such a great trainer and really made the session interactive. Best training I have been to in a long time.

Tristan was very helpful and offered lots of advice and answered questions where appropriate. I would have liked other subjects to be included such as self harming. I feel more confident now as to what to say as a MHFA and proud to have completed this course! Thank you Tristan

Very enjoyable course and extremely helpful

Ross and Brian did a fantastic job delivering this training, it was well planned and taught, I would definitely recommend this training to others, although it I'd not the easiest topic I really enjoyed learning new skills in this area and it was a very productive few days :)
