Excellent foundation for learning and awareness surrounding mental health. Instructors were engaged and ensured a safe space for open discussion.

Really great course. Katy and Beth were super friendly, welcoming and created the best atmosphere for the discussion of sensitive topics. The course is a perfect first step to understanding Mental Health and what this means and offers the attendees a basic level of the most common mental health issues and disorders and gives them the confidence to open that conversation with anyone and offer guidance and support. Really inspiring and informative.
