Really informative and interesting course. Interaction was great.

Both instructors were fantastic and the content was informative. Gave us lots of time to discus and answered all our questions. Slight issues occasionally when completing the online training, it would not go onto the next stage even though I had completed. This is not a fault of the instructors and the issue resolved itself the next day. It would also be beneficial if we could print out the booklet.

The course was extremely informative and helpful. I found the modules interesting and the added bonus of having Alex and Sara going through the course material with the opportunity to ask questions. It was great to meet other members of staff giving their views and sharing their thoughts was insightful. I ordered the book online as I had difficulties in printing the material. I find it less stressful having the information to hand and not having to look at another screen for reference. I would defnitely recommend the course to colleagues. Excellent 2 day course, with very good group interaction. Helen Lewis delivered the course so well, as well been able to speak from direct experience relating to some of the subjects covered. Some of the subjects were quite deep and emotional, however it was delivered so well by Helen, thank you.

Bethan was a fantastic teacher and made the course interesting and enjoyable. Extra marks for acting skills! Really enjoyed my two days.
