Excellent course

Hearing voices not competed due to covid.

LOVED the course immensely! Learnt a lot about conditions and symptom's I hadn't given much thought to-I would have liked to have had some more insight around Anxiety and panic attacks and how to calm, reassure and protect during an attack as well as after-care. I feel that maybe we could have covered some children's mental health from age5-16 as I feel there are more signals to children needing mental heath support. It's a valuable course

Steve was a fantastic trainer, he explained everything in great detail and you felt very comfortable around him. He was forthright and did very well to keep us all on track with time.

I really enjoyed the course and felt I gained a lot of insight and knowledge. I was unsure about the attending this course whether it was right for me. So glad I did. You just never know when this might be useful. I feel I will be a lot more confident in my approach, if some one confides in me or I spot someone not being their usual self. Both Hannah and Mike were very professional and experienced. They were well prepared and presented the information in an easy style. They worked extremely well together.
