The course was fantastic and everyone was really engaged. The group gelled really well and everyone felt comfortable enough to share and discuss alternative ways of thinking. I believe every person on this course got something out of it and will be successful as trainers moving forward.

I have really enjoyed all aspects of this course. There was a great balance between self-guided study, participation and webinar learning. Hearing Andrew Dunmore and Lisa from Barod speak was also inspiring. Promoting good mental health awareness and destigmatisation is a passion of mine and I can't wait to get out there, to confidently carry on the work that Gwen, Rhys and MHFA Wales are doing.
