Response: Great group Cath - thank you - I really enjoyed it!

Louise is a fantastic teacher. It is clear that she is very skilled both as a facilitator, and in her role on the ground as a manager for Pobl. The empathy, understanding, and techniques she demonstrated really set her apart from people who don't have the knowledge/experience that she has. Every pobl support worker should be made to do this course.

Lovely to be taught by someone extremely knowledgeable and passionate about this subject matter. Really learnt a great deal and feel much better equipped to deal with the challenges with individuals I support who suffer from mental health problems.
