Haven done session 2 yet. The course is well delivered and easily understood. It will be very useful to me in my work and volunteer role.

I thought the course was excellent and fully met my expectations. Helen was a great instructor and it was really insightful being trained by someone that has first hand experience of the subject matter as the content came across as really genuine and authentic which helped with learning it all. The interactive elements of the course were very useful and didn't feel forced as we were given the option to not participate if we felt uncomfortable. Would highly recommend friends and colleagues to take this course.
