a very useful and important course that provides clarity, reassurance and direction for what are difficult and confusing situations.

A very well constructed and presented course. David was fantastic, very informative and knowledgeable but also approachable and friendly. Course content was extremely comprehensive and the videos and group exercises and discussions very useful. Although I am a qualified BACP counsellor I now feel much better prepared and able to assist someone experiencing mental health illness, or a crisis.
