Really enjoyed the interactive meetings and the way in which the facilitators delivered both sessions. Great to have lots of break out rooms and discussions and I really enjoyed learning through the modules and reflecting on these through the zoom meetings. Great to also have the videos to to watch to visualise what people are experiencing and the discussions following these. always had an opportunity to express our views and opinions. The course format was brilliant. Having time to look over the modules prior to the webinars gave more confidence to speak to other people . Many thanks . I will be recommending this course to my colleagues.

I enjoyed developing the ALGEE strategies across the different types of mental health and mental illness. I feel that I understand more about mental health and mental illnesses and will be able to spot the signs.

Really enjoyed the course, it was very informative. Even though we covered a lot of material, the pace of both days felt comfortable.
