A brilliant course which was delivered in a good sized group, with a good balance of presentation slides, discussion and activities. I liked the way that Jane allowed us to discuss things as a group as it meant that everyone was able to share their story too, which helped us to bond as a group and therefore share comfortably. Thank you!

Great venue knowledgable presenter, content was more than enough to fill the time and plenty more to continue reading about. The group were respectful and engaging which made it more enjoyable.

Such an amazing and interesting course. Jane was a phenomenal facilitator and covered all the topics in a way that everyone understood. Lots of questions and answers done within the group setting. I would not hesitate to recommend this course to anyone who wants an insight into mental health and how to recognise its symptoms. Thank you Jane. Martyn (Tidy Butt)

Great course. I believe we had a good group of attendees that debated throughout the course. Perhaps the course should encourage more classroom debate if needed. We didn’t need that encouragement! We had a room change for the second day. Because it was a flat roofed building it was difficult to hear due to the rain for a good part of the second day. Overall the course was well worth doing for me

Jane was very informative, and knowledgeable and had plenty of patience. She encouraged participation, and discussion which was helpful, so there were ‘no daft questions’! Good discussions and I learned a lot, which will be helpful to call on in my role as a well-being volunteer in my local church . RRBC Cwmbran.

Really useful course, I come from a psychology background with some decent theoretical understanding but the opportunity to develop application and to discuss application was very valuable.
