I enjoyed the course even though it touched on difficult subjects that I struggled with from time to time but was able to share my experiences as it felt a safe and open environment. Amazed that we got to keep so many resources as in the books etc. If I had one critic it would be the print outs, there was too much paper that wasn't going to much use.

A very thought out course that helped me understand the role of a mental health first aider. The course promoted discussion of sensitive topics in a productive and compassionate manner and made talking about these topics very easy. The online materials were very useful and kept to key information, a small complaint is sometimes the online content was too brief on contextual information outside the MHFA action plan. The instructors were wonderful and the webinars really tied the whole module up together in a way that ensured people felt confident about what is needed from a mental health first aider.

I thought the course & the way Mandy & Becci delivered the course was exceptional. I have never "enjoyed" a course so much or found one so rewarding. I have recommended it to everyone I have spoken to. It was a very powerful course.

Brilliant course would really like to expand my knowledge on this.
